Our returns policy is simple.

Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return any of the following items for a full refund:

any book in its original condition, or any book we recommended and you didn't enjoy (regardless of the condition)
any unopened media (music CD, cassette tape, vinyl record, DVD, VHS tape, video game, or software)
and any other merchandise that's in new condition, including original packaging and accessories

Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from Amazon.com.
